Our Programs
Introduction to Rowing
We offer introductory group lessons every spring for those new to the sport of rowing. There is currently a somewhat lengthy list of eager participants, but once the waitlist reopens you can add your name here.
Coached programs
We offer programs for Novice, Intermediate and Advanced/Competitive rowers. Registration each season begins early spring via the RegattaCentral enrollment page. You must have a basic familiarity with rowing to enroll; we offer first-time rowers the instruction needed in Intro to Rowing group and private instruction.
Row to support your local rowing club
Rocky Mountain Rowing Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with big goals. As we look to expand the support to provide more access to Denver area rowers, consider supporting our growing club and learn a great skill along the way. For more about our community efforts, go here.

“Thank you all so much for welcoming Niagara Sustainability into your world of rowing. What an experience it was! You made us all feel so welcome. Our trip opened up new learnings and experiences for the entire team. Rowing was definitely the highlight though. We really appreciated the coaching on and off the water. The team felt challenged and cared for at the same time.”
