"Learn-to-Row" Beginner Lesson Program
Submitted by admin on Fri, 01/18/2008 - 6:54pm.Our Learn to Row sessions are over for 2008. We introduced 30 people to the sport in 5 weekend intensive sessions, starting with a 2 hour session at the Colorado Athletic Club learning the basics of the stroke on the erg. As one of the participants said, "There's a lot of technique involved. It's not just rowing a boat!" Saturday and Sunday, going from 6:30 AM until noon, participants got in the boat with the help of RMRC volunteers.
